Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Legendary Gear! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. You may return or exchange unworn, unused items in original condition (with tags attached) within 30 days of delivery.

For defects, damage, or incorrect items: Contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement (we'll cover return shipping).

For size/fit or change-of-mind returns: Customer covers return shipping; eligible for store credit, exchange or refund!

No returns on final sale items, personalized products, or items marked as non-returnable.

To start a return: Email mike@northeastlegends.com with your order number and photos if needed. We'll send instructions!

Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We take pride in getting your Northeast Nostalgia gear to you quickly. Most items ship within 2-3 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way. Shipping times after dispatch typically range from 2 to 7 business days depending on your location within the United States. We currently ship only to U.S. addresses.
